Coles Removed Free Delivery on Wed/Thursdays?

They no longer seem to offer free delivery if you spend at least $50 on wed/thursday. Anyone else seeing this? Looks like its back to the old $150 threshold for free delivery…

They're a business, and a big business with share holders. Everything is focused on profit, first and last. If it doesn't pay, they'll dump it. So, if what you say is true, then you'll understand why. They have no love for anyone, just your money.

  • How long ago was the free delivery offer? I've been shopping with Coles in Adelaide for several months (usually on Thursday) and I don't remember this. Perhaps it was so long ago or for so short a time that I've forgotten; perhaps SA didn't get it? I think their $4 delivery (if you give them a long window) is a good deal anyway (certainly better than anything that Woolies offers).

    • Last time I got it was about a month ago. Had to spend over $50 and order on wed/thurs I believe.

      • OK thanks. Looks like Adelaide missed out on this.

        • Never seen this in Sydney either and I use coles frequently maybe once a month sometimes more.

But I don't remember receiving any deliveries on Wed/Thur recently or ever so that could be the cause.

$4 is fine by me I just wish Woolworths would be competitive and lower their delivery also but they seem to be the more premium brand/supermarket so fine by me.
