ZZZ Atelier Firm Mattress - Loose Fabric/Cover

Just wanted to check with others who have purchased the ZZZ Atelier Super Firm mattress. We purchased a king size from ebay - let it sit for 2 days before sleeping on it for almost a week now. The fabric on top of the mattress is very loose. When you run your hand across the top of the mattress the fabric moves quite alot and bunches up in parts. Anyone else find this is the case?
The photos on the ebay listings and website show the top as being quite smooth and puffed out (if that makes sense).
I understand the mattress takes some time to decompress but I'm a bit concerned that it will get worse over time - say 6 months to a year after sleeping on it.

We contacted them on the weekend (with photos) and received a reply that it appears to have not decompressed fully and we should give it a week. Unfortunately it doesn't look like it's going to fill out any more - but maybe I'm mistaken and it will?

I had also purchased a euro top (black label) mattress previously and I know they are different types of mattresses - but I feel the euro type was a nicer quality.

    not the case for me.

    • Thanks for the reply. How long did it take for your mattress to fully decompress?

        I gave it a week.

        • OK thanks.

I only had a issue with a bulge in the top layer. I gave it some more time and after the second or third day it filled out perfectly.

So I can only suggest that a week is well enough time for it to fill out.

  • Thanks for the replies. I am waiting on the seller to get back to me. It doesn't appear to be filling out any more and is still very loose.
