Pretty much as per title. My kindle was always linked to my US Amazon account. Now that I have Amazon Prime in Australia, I'm thinking of moving to the Australian site. Has anyone done a comparison of the US and Aus Kindle selection/prices? Would the 1000 ebooks available to borrow for free be worth it? (I can't even see what they are, when I go to https://www.amazon.com.au/kindle-dbs/hz/bookshelf/prime the page loads up with just titles, no actual books shown). I've trialled the US Prime and the selection of free ebooks was actually quite decent.
Anything else to consider?

The Aus store is just showing lots of "This content isn't downloadable for your region" and Prime Reading shows nothing.
