Sony SRSXB41 Ultimate Portable Wireless Bluetooth Speaker $198 @ Harvey Norman

30

Packed with 58mm full-range speaker units and versatile sound modes, the Sony XB41 Ultimate Portable Wireless Bluetooth Speaker pumps out crisp, high-quality sound even when you’re out and about without the hassle of wires. It also has line lights, flashing strobe, and speaker lights for added flair.

I picked one of these up a month or two back. Xtra Bass setting definately has bass. If you prefer some more mids, the sound can be adjusted by the Sony Music Centre app.

Enjoy

$128 here after 20% discount, if you don't mind a refurbished one

    • Thanks, good find.

  • Noone ever states PMPO or RMS on these Bluetooth speakers these days, not like the old days. Not paying 400 odd example for a JBL that only does 80W RMS.

    • Sometime real 20w of good equipment sound louder than so called 100w of cheap equipment

    • That's because it's just too easy to make misleading. PMPO is the obvious one that's been advertised for years and most people have wised up to. RMS is better, but it's still not a good measure for comparison.

Take a 5 speaker surround system advertised as 500W RMS. What that usually means is that the combined capability of each speaker adds up to 500WRMS - the amplifier probably only provides 100WRMS.
