    • Posted already here, but it's expired.

    Code invalid for me :(

    • +1

      Same for me.

      • I signed up through facebook login originally, made a new account and the codes worked. Not sure if you did the same?

  • +1

Worked for me. Got $15 with the referral and promo above. Thanks OP. Anyone know how long the credits last for?

    • Is there any delivery fee and minimum spend or it’s not like Uber ? First time user

      • +2

It's not like Uber, this is an app specifically made to pre-order coffee. No min spend and no delivery fees, you pick up in store, they charge the fees to the vendors for the advertising.

        • +1

Not only coffee though. Also food isnt it?

          • @hazzad: yes you’re right

  • +1

I dont know if this will work but try hungry10 without caplocks. Worked for me. So worth a shot?

  • +2

NOQ10 also still works, for $10 . Lets hope they can stack, would be $25 total . But unlikely .

They have a deal also where cafes that are new on hey-you, have $2 coffees. It usually comes up at the very top of the app, if there is a $2 coffee place around you. That's 7 coffees for your $15 credit that way ;)
14 coffees if it stacks with NOQ10 :)

    • -3

Just buy a coffee plunger from Chinese shops and a bag of coffee from Woolworths. You can make ~20 coffees for ~5$ and you don't have to be a new user either.

  • -1

With hungry10 you get $10 also add “NOQ4U, BEATQ20 they also give you $10 which should have $30. Added all successfully saying woohoo you added $10 each time. Do it quick before they find out

    • +2

The "woohoo" is misleading. Those false 'woohoos' annoy tf out of me :( .
Have a check under where your name is, and see what credit it says ? If you used referrals on sign up (for $5) it will now show as at least $15 . hopefully $35, if the woohoos were real woohoos .

    • +4

None of these actually added anything for me. All said Woohoo and said $10 added but nothing in history

      • Have you used the app already though ?
So not a 'new user' .

      • +1

Same for me. New user, said woohoo for each code but only $5 showing under my name. Worth a try though.

    • +1

      not stackin

  • Is delivery $5?

    • +2

      No delivery.
The idea is, and a good idea for an app IMHO, say you're 15 minutes out from coffee shop, order a burger and coffee etc, by the time you get there, it's all ready to go for you to pickup. It's already paid for in the app (which you can link to paypal).

I have my local places pretty much sussed out, so I know how long everything takes at different times. ie. My fave place almost always has just a basic cappuccino ready if I order just 5 minutes ahead. The place on uni campus that's much more busy, I would order 10-15 minutes before I get there, to ensure no wait.

  • Deal didn't work for my mate just now. Code expired at 12?

    • Disregard this info, they were putting the dang code in the wrong box.

  • +1

Thanks OP - $15 to spend on lunch for free. You sir, are the real MVP

  • +1

I wish Hey You would only show open venues, and better yet, delete the shops that no longer use the app but still show as open. Sadly, it's often the cheaper chicken and Thai places that quit.

  • -1

hungry10 didn't work for me but NOQ10 did.

  • Do you need to spend $15 at once or can it be separate transactions?

    • Do you need to spend $15 at once or can it be separate transactions?

They are just credit doesn't matter.

Those doesn't work make sure you are on completely new account, new email new mobile number.

Enjoy your Referral Credit random stranger :)

  • Thanks OP! Picked up a $7 sandwich today and can get another one next week. :)

  • Is it only take away or can you order for sit down too?

  • Never got the referral bonus :c
Yes I did use the code!

Edit: Realised it had to be on the mobile app. RIP

  • Ok I just did few testing, once u used your $15 credit assuming $5 referral and $10 from hungry10, after add the code for the $10 NOQ10 which additionally works for some reason. I used my credit last week and then added NOQ10 and says my balance is $10, conforming this works.

    • I wonder why someone negged you.

Is it because they think this is unethical? Or they think it doesn't work?

I can confirm you get Woohooed, but only on accounts opened recently for some reason.

      • Most likely it didn’t work for them, it also didn’t work on my other account, not suprised their site is glitchy on mobile. Heyyou is not Uber, they don’t do any system Imei SIM card declection since it’s a smaller company, in my opinion, as long you have another SIM card you should be able to make further accounts, your not doing referral to referral, Yes it is gaining on the system but really when small amounts of ppl do this which isnt a problem for them untill someone raises the question, they have probably bigger fish to fry.

        • I've been exploiting my free SIMs but I actually think we're doing Hey You a favour (maybe not at $15+, but for $5 it wouldn't be far-fetched). A lot of non-cafes especially in the Eastern Suburbs are abandoning Hey You or not turning on the app and I think part of the reason for this is that they rarely get business out of it (I don't know their cut).

The Secret Burger Society opened in Randwick recently and they don't even put food in the app. I've been to cafes that don't know they can customise the menu items (plus or minus butter etc). They definitely need more people out in the field explaining how the app works (or even how to say an order is ready) so their budget may be a factor.

(Of course I'm justifying my crimes just a little :)).

    • Hey. Just an update. I finally logged in to the app rather than website and found no credit was added despite the woohoos.

  • Idk but my accounts on the website still shows.
