Was Looking for this specific iron past 3 days and found it for the cheapest ever. Yesterday I was about to buy it for $162 on JB hifi price matched with appliance online. Fortunately, the SYD CBD`s World square JB hifi doesn't stock Iron.

    Apparently these "OptimalTEMP" models are some sort of hybrid of a regular iron and steam station type - based more on steam than soleplate temperature - which is how they manage to do without a temperature dial. It also means they use up water much more quickly, but since they don't have a separate, large water tank, they need refilling more frequently than a regular iron or steam station.

    I had one of these and it took a relatively long time to heat up when first turned on. I have been happier with a Braun texstyle from the myer/cashback deals.
