Telstra (or other MVNOs) Prepaid - Accumulation of Credits and usage on plan renewals.

anybody on a Telstra Prepaid Sim, which knows if this scenario works?

  1. Recharge monthly $80
  2. Use that $80 to pay for Prepaid Max Plan $30
  3. Remaining $50 for other things like premium SMS and int. calls which aren't covered
  4. Next month, since you already have $50 left, use this for a recharge again on Prepaid Max Plan $30 if there is sufficient credit.

If it cannot be done on Telstra Prepaid, is there another Telstra MVNO which allows this?

    If my understanding is right, belong mobile works this way.

      Interesting, since Belong is more like a post paid service….. I guess you can force your account into credit, and it will just subtract it from there next time when billing is due….
