When to port?

Hi there
Im looking to switch my wife from vaya to boost, she is on a month to month with vaya ($24 a month). Just wondering if there is an optimal time to activate my new sim and request the port. Do i receive any of my money back if i do it mid month? Or am i best to wait until the 25th or so of the month and then switch….?

    Don't do it on a Friday, do it on a Monday

    you want to get anything from Vaya, you are dreaming.

    You may get some credit back but you wouldn't able to use it as you have already port over to other carrier

    wait till no later than 27/3

    When to port?

    Do not port on weekend or public holiday.

    I got stuck several days without an active phone, over Australia Day long weekend. They had taken my order and everything in Indian Call centers, but there was no way to actually do the port, until weekend (plus the monday public holiday) was over.
