The bathroom/toilet tube-lights are not working, there is a black mark at the of the tube, so I guess I have to replace them.

i had to buy some fluro lights for my parents kitchen and was surprised that they were actually really cheap for fluro tubes.

They don't have cool white, this is warm white.
8w in cool white for $3.56 - best I can do.

It is half the width of the first one, won't work.
The link you posted includes the housing as well . If you just need the replacement tube then maybe this?
