Hi just wondering. I bought 3x$50 iTunes gift card from Woolworths a month before but I don't need that anymore some reason. Can I return it with a receipt? or not?

No, and I don't think that any retailers accept returns for gift cards come to think of it.
Unfortunately no, at least when i used to work there if they left the store we would never accept a refund.
Times may have changed but as far as i know the answer is no.
