Agreed, the first 2 tiers are great value. Tooth and Tail alone has never gone below about $7 and is a great game.

Confirmed by purchasing at 1 cent US. Steam keys though are $1 US minimum for tier 1. Some Australian banks will convert 1 cent US to 2 cents AU, others will convert to 1 cent AU. Most should round down the foreign transaction fee to zero.
