Finally my order is ready to pickup in Fyshwick ACT
Yep, pick up ready at Fyshwick ACT. I won't be able to get it until Friday, hope they don't sell it out from under me.
Well, if the truck only drop copies to Act, then I think I have to wait another week maybe for it deliver to Qld Gold coast. ……….

Just received an email my order got shipped
I still haven't had any interaction from Harvey Norman regarding my order. They took my money and must be sitting on it.
Trying to contact them now, but it's hard getting through their phone lines.
same haven't heard anything regarding my order.
I put myself in the queue with the option for them to call me back when I got to the front of the queue. The system confirmed my number and never called me back after 3.5 hours. Horrible customer service but I'll try again later
Same here and I can't believe I am not the only one! Will never buy from them again. I chose "click and collect" option actually while seeing the store nearby was "in stock". But then nothing has ever really happened, no update and then after chasing by email it came with a "backorder" status.
With this kind of customer service (if any), I will never return!
I am sure there is some kind of guideline here that I can't say any foul languages but I really want to do so.
They took the money already and then just do nothing! Next time can they just put on a special offer for high value stuff and then sit on the money received? This is totally crap especially nobody has been responding!

Anyone still waiting on their copy? I've chased HN 3 times and no response. This is pretty poor, you'd think after this long they would send an auto refund or at least an email with an update. Wanting to know if I'm not the only one here in this boat!
I got an email yesterday that said they would be receiving stock between 26-30 of April.

I've had no communication from HN at all even when I've initiated. CS didn't respond when I requested a refund. I had to get paypal to force a refund for me..
That was the first and last time I will shop at HN.
Picked up mine today
finally received, 2 months after order. honestly if anyone from harvey norman reads this, all it takes is communication. contact people and estimate a long wait delay and offer refund if unsuitable. simples.
My order was stuck in limbo. I asked for a refund. So they cancelled the order but couldn't refund me and asked me to do a charge back. Suddenly realised I had cancelled that card. Asked them to just keep the order open. Said it was too late and they couldn't just refund to another card or account. So now they are looking into it. What a disaster. Never again.

Update….they issued me with a bloody gift card. Just wouldn't refund me to another credit card or bank account. Pain in the ass.
