  Only if the developer/publisher allows for that. Not Steam's choice.
  Sometimes it works as you describe, more often it does not.

Have Party Packs 1-2' and Drawful 2, really good fun and easily help pass 1-2 hours. However, really annoying if one player or the whole game randomly disconnects and cannot get back in. Happens more often than it should, but may be related to us using Optus ;)

But overall, really enjoy the games!
