Cheaper than Ikea skarsta, but no idea if better or worse.

Ikea have that bulletproof 365 days return policy.

Kogan has that "return" policy.

  I got an electric one off eBay a little while ago, no complaints about it, fairly steady while standing, not too slow or loud. <$400.
