Other than having to answer their support emails every now and then when their customers emailed us for refunds, repairs, etc. Just have to politely tell them to try eBay or this other website. No biggie. My home phone number is also one digit off from local Maccas so often having to receive phone calls of people complaining about their Big Mac. Just need to tell them that we are in no affiliation…

If you haven't already, you might set up email rules to auto-reply to stray emails.
Unfortunately you can't know whether the email is addressing another party until you read through the content. Often it's just people googling "oz bargain", came to this website and hit the contact form. Yes we have already stated on the contact form that we are a retailer.
