Villa Italia - WA

Unfortunately, our deal partner has closed until further notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
As such, we would like to offer a refund of your unused Scoopons.

Please forward us the following details, by using the 'Scoopon Redemption Trouble' option located in the Drop Us A Line area, and we will organise a request for refund for you.

  1. Email address which was used to make this purchase
  2. Scoopon Deal Title
  3. Last 4 digits of the credit card used for payment.
  4. Current expiry date of your nominated credit card.

These details are required for identification and for security purposes this information must be sent from the email address registered to your Scoopon account, to help ensure the financial safety of all Scoopon customers.
Once our support team has these details, we will be able to cancel your Scoopon and organise a refund for you.

If your credit card has been discontinued or cancelled, we kindly ask that you forward your postal address, so we can have our Accounts Department organise a refund cheque that can be posted to you.
In line with our refund policy, we are unable to process a refund to a different credit card than what was used to complete your purchase

There is a similar one for The Chimney.

Wow, I only just found out about this. You guys really should have an auto-mail system so that it lets users know if a business they've purchased a Scoopon for has closed.
