Ozsale sends me wrong items

I’ve purchased a few times from Ozsale and I’ve received different coloured items which I didn’t bother complaining to them.
This time they have sent me a toddler bean bag insteaded of an adult sized one as described on the listing. It took about 1-2 months to get to me. What do they expect me to do, send it back and wait another 2 months? Does anyone else have any similar experience?

    What do they expect me to do

    I give up. What do they expect you to do?

    They'd probably expect you to contact them first…

  • I've given up with Ozsale. Last few orders have taken around a month to be delivered then ends up being total crap half the time.

    Ordered a set of XL casual shirts, they were so small the buttons wouldn't even fasten, gave them away to a mate who is a size Small.
