Was going to ask the same thing. I just checked, I’m usually US 9-10 with rubber shoes but with Windsor Smith and Hush Puppies, I’m US 8.
Merchant are a NZ store. Amongst other brands, they sell Wild Rhino but it's rebranded as Bull boxer. Most countries sell Wild Rhino but they have a different brand name as it's all sourced from the same white label supplier in Portugal.
I love Wild Rhino and you can get them much cheaper from them rather than Merchant when they do their 40% off everything sale once or twice a year.
FYI, the sizing has always been spot on for me for Bullboxer/Wild Rhino. Be aware that Merchant sell many different brands so you can't say whether they are big or small as each brand is different

I bought a few pairs of these and had to send them all back because they were very small. I’m a size 13 and the ones I had seemed to run at smaller than a 12.
Saying that, they were awesome shoes if you can get them in your size. Same as Wild Rhino or at least made by same OEM I believe.
Did you just send them back via post and they refunded back to you?

Order a size smaller than your usual size. I'm a 8 US and just bought a 40 EUR. Just tried them in store and got a pair ordered to my house
Yeah I am an 11US (45UK) but a pair of casual sneakers from BullBoxer I already have are a 44.

US 9 fits good! Could even possibly get away with a US 8
Bought the messenger bag and ladies wallet, I have to say I am not impressed… Stitching is bad, side of leather is already cracked, and product just doesn't seem premium. I know these are products on sale but their retail prices are just ridiculous .. I think brands like moleskin when they are on sale they are a lot more value for money.
Any one with experience with their sizing? Is there need to buy one size smaller than usual?
