      Sorry can't help with that question. Might be worth looking a past deals, which has suggestion on how to cook the duck.

      You need a pump to separate the skin from the flesh to get it crispy like Peking duck.

      you buy the duck , put it in the freezer and go down to the chinese peking duck place and buy one.

    After bathing in an asian 5 flavour stock, you blow the duck up and seal it and hang it for two days. I use a hair dryer (not as one of the stock flavours).

    These ducks sell very quickly at half price. But no one ever buys them at full price. They don't even bother putting them on the shelf when not on special, and there's no stock at the back.

    It's basically Kathmandu pricing. The 50% off price is considered the real price.
