  Avoid the pain I've been through with the Aliexpress "Ulefone Official Store" and their poor support and manufacturing processes.

  I'd strongly advise against purchasing a Ulefone Armor phone no matter how good the specifications or how rugged they state their phones to be.

  Why? Here is my experience with their Armor phone and the Aliexpress "Ulefone Official Store":

  Their brand new Armor phones have failed twice out of the box upon arrival.

  There is nothing rugged about using their phone when you're on the couch and your brand new Ulefone Armor never turns back on after it's first use. Hardly strong or rugged!

  I purchased the Armor phone from the "Ulefone Official Store" via Aliexpress and upon arrival the phone turned on and then failed - never plugged in as it came with a full charge from the manufacturer - to ever turn on again (even when charged).

  I've never suffered this situation with other phone manufacturers including CH-based Redmi phones.

  So the "Ulefone Official Store" has wasted 3 months of my time so the "Ulefone Official Store" could troubleshoot the faulty phone with me, have me return it to them (at my expense back to CH), for the "Ulefone Official Store" to wait until the "factory" was able to send me a brand new one, and then received the another brand new Armor phone recently for it to fail again upon boot up.

  Aliexpress are very slow to chase up the "Ulefone Official Store" seller and the seller lies about lead times with the "factory" as they are just a reseller with little to no authority with Ulefone. They carry no stock so should you have a warranty request or a return of a new faulty phone then you'll have to wait until the "factory" has a chance to test it.

  The support appears to be based in China but the shipping is done from Singapore.

  The two don't work at all together so the customer gets stuck in the middle of a painful series of miscommunications when it comes to support or for replacement of faulty equipment.

  AVOID unless you're happy to take the risk and waste much time with Ulefone.
