i see tv prices drop like flies when new models are about to come in. do fridges also follow the same trend of new model per year and massive discount? been looking for quite a while and the sales so far arent great imo. phones don't drop anywhere near tvs do when new models come in, so i would like to know what constitute a good sale on fridges, is it more like tvs or price drop less than phones even?

No, neither fridges nor TVs have sales. Typically electrical stores have sales.

I got a pretty decent discount on my fridge. Got it during Boxing Day sales but it was about $400 cheaper than the same store before the sales and even competitors.
If you can wait, and there’s nothing on sale now, wait for EOFY?
No, because people hold on to their fridges for much longer than their TV's.
