Didn't know where to post this as I just have to warn everyone how amateurish this website is being run.
Their currently offering 10% off with free shipping over $80, so I added 5lb Whey to the cart and went to checkout and it came to around $81 (not a great price but not terrible). I went on the live chat and asked if there was any discount codes that I could add and they said no, about a minute after the live chat the person running the website added an extra $5 to the product I was looking at (scummy behaviour).
So I contacted them again and asked why this happened without mentioning the product I was looking at, long and behold they said that the whey can't be sold at a cheaper price (even though it has been for the past year) because the 'manager' said so. I called him out on knowing what product I was looking at and he said he viewed my 'visitor path' and then I told them that their eBay price is still $89.99 and his response was we are changing that as well- which it still hasn't.
Long story short their live chat salesperson is the guy running the website and will price jack items that you are looking at by tracking your 'visitor path', just a heads up for people to avoid this website.
Update: On Product Review the manager is now denying anything about 'visitor paths' but unfortunately their live chat deletes all conversations once they have ended so can't show a screenshot :( . He then proceeded to say 'meet me face to face' as some sort of threat to stop me posting my bad experience with them, some way to run a business lol
