Using Woolworths Rewards Dollars to Purchase Giftcards?

Hi everyone,

I have $50 woolworths dollars (10K points) on my rewards card. According to their T&C, "you can choose to redeem your Woolworths Dollars … in store or Online at Woolworths…, excluding any No Earn Purchases other than gift cards". So I'm assuming they accept using woolworths rewards dollars to purchase gidtcards. However I tried to bought an Only-One VISA cards at kiosk and choose "redeem my rewards dollars" but the price didn’t change ($105.95 showed on the POS). Does anyone know woolworths stop accepting rewards dollars to purchase giftcards?

    It may get changed recently, though it did not comply with T&Cs. I can vouch that it took rewards dollars for 3rd-party giftcard purchase last month.

    I have been using my Woolworths Dollars to buy Only1 gift cards the last couple of days without any problems.

    Tried to buy an ebay giftcard, did not work for me (Westfield West Lakes Woolworth in SA). A self-checkout girl tried to help me but to no avail.

    Probably being slowly phased out just like how buying with wish cards was. Effectively wwd are the of the same value as a discounted giftcard.

      I was hoping to Post a Picture showing it, but they do not allow you to use them on Gift Cards of any kind now. Very sad about that as I’m wanting it for Fuel for between Sydney and Bendigo, going down to see my Family.
