Saw a post on reddit Melbourne https://www.reddit.com/r/melbourne/comments/b63do4/real_esta… and the rent is $450 per week in Richmond.

The floorplan is pretty different. Your kitchen is in the garage and to go through the main entrance you have to go through the bathroom.

  Even to code buildings allow the crazy design where the enclosed car parking space aka garage is connected to the house.
  
  Crazy because car exhaust is toxic.

It’s obviously a workshop type space for commercial use or even potentially the ground floor of a 2/3 storey unit that someone has (likely illegally) subdivided. And now it’s up for rent as a full house. Huzzah. Yay for greedy investors.
