[WA] $10 Jug and Dumplings, 3-6pm 30/3 & 31/3 @ Kung Fu Kitchen (Northbridge, Cannington & Morley)

620

First post, and what a ripper for lovers of beer and dumplings it is.

12 Pan fried dumplings (unsure of filling)
1 Jug of Feral Brewing, Sly Fox

All for only $10 between 3-6pm till the end of March. The deal started a week ago but I stumbled across this today and felt the rest of Perth should be aware of the value of this deal.

Do you know if it's possible to swap the drink? I've wanted an excuse to try this place, alas am allergic to beer.

The Wangs Treasure house in Morley is my absolute favorite dim sum place in Perth.

      Same… I don't do beer

      • Surely the down votes aren't legitimate for your comment?

I felt that Wang's have gone quite downhill from a few years ago? Went at lunchtime on a Saturday a few months ago and it was half empty and food wasnt great. The one at Belmont is pretty awesome but Dragon palace Cockburn is pretty good as well

      • The owners use to run wingbo in Maylands, that has definitely gone downhill. Still love Wang's treasure house though.

wangs treasured house as the best dim sum location in Perth was probably more apt in 2015/16

Now its fortune five on james street or canton lane in belmont

I believe there was a change of owners at Wangs

  • Thanks gonna check this out ASAP!

  • Thank you, happy hour everyday!

  • Nice one ohgeelowk. Get around it y'all.

Decent beer too - not your standard domestic lager.

    • sly fox is pretty standard session ale and its local = domestic?

      • -1

By domestic lager I'm meaning more carlton/tooheys/xxxx/whatever that is usually happy hour. Even if you're lucky to cop an ale on happy hour, it's more likely to be Squire/Coopers

Maybe because I'm east coast and we don't get Sly Fox too much vs Yak/Coopers/whatever in the lines of Session Ales. It definitely still is more of a premium beer.
