Top-up must occur before 6th April to be eligible. Bonus credit must be used by 1st May 2019. Bonus credit is used after non-bonus credit.

I mean, if hey you want to run a promo, just run a (profanity) promo - don't try to use small print to run a half-arse promo.
The way hey you wants to use bonus credits feels slimy in the same way, as when credit card companies use to apply payments to the lowest interest rate first. They made that illegal at some point, so payments have to go to the highest interest rate first.
They should make these shi**y promotions illegal too.

I used to think Hey You had some good deals. Especially the $2 coffee almost daily! Now they don't offer it any more and its all gone downhill. And they charge for credit card too. I'm on the urge of deleting it and moving to their competitors who doesn't do that and reward their customers with points over time.
