  What a bargain. Now I have flat earth maps for sale reduced 98 %. Sadly I was one of the suckers that took it for years without a benefit other than increased strength in my arms. Took years for me to realise it was because my wallet was lighter.

    Maybe they don't work for you, but I swear but glucosamine, they take a while to build up, but they worked for me, and been using for a long time, back in 2013 I was very i'll and they took be off these, within 6 months my knees started hurting and i asked if I could restart the tablets, I got the go ahead, with in a month, my knees weren't hurting. Don't poo poo something If you never tried or didn't give a chance or work for you, others its a god send.

      God bless the placebo effect. I give panadol to patients at night and that has a very calmative effect for the same reason. I will stick to science. Have you tried fish or krill oil at the arthritis recommended dose. That is something that works. As I say in my statement I tried glucosamine for years, on or off it makes no difference.
