Hi, I seem to constantly have problems logging in. Sometimes I can, sometimes I can't. I've even reset the password a few times. Do other people have this problem? Does the website have a bug?

i tried firefox too but still cannot log in.

This seems to happen on IE and is related to security and privacy settings, if you check our FAQ section it details the best settings for your browser.
Alternatively you could use FireFox for your MBC purchases as this doesn't exhibit this problem and we actually recommend using a dedicated browser for your purchases so that you don't pick up other tracking cookies while generally browsing the Internet.
