Hi,
Joined moneyback co because the ozbargain thread said there is 30% cashback. Made a purchase through Chenoa Canvas (Mother's Day promo) and was tracked, then for some reason Chenoa Canvas cancelled the transaction during the process so the cashback didn't happen. (no reason given)
Has anyone else had this sort of problem, or the company (eg Chenoa canvas) can just decide suddenly they don't want to give out the commission?

As detailed in your enquiry response, the merchant has provided a reason for the cancellation and if you can provide the information requested we'll be more than happy to process the enquiry with the network/merchant.
At this time there is no evidence that the merchant is trying to get out of paying the commission, but if they are then of course we'd like to make sure that you get what you're due.
