  Slightly related to this post. I had a look at the products on the site but none are suitable as a BYO replacement for single use plastic take away containers. Any one have any recommendations?
  The use case would be bringing them to the local takeaway within walking distance, taking it home (Thai, curries, Asian stir fry, etc.) and eating directly from it.
  It needs to be light, durable (not glass), easy to clean and not retain smells (not plastic), heat proof (taking it home).

    Hi forumninja,

    The best option on the website would be the stainless steel food canisters. You can get either insulated or non insulated food canisters.

    All of the stainless steel products are electropolished which means no flavours are retained.

      Thanks for the feed back. I think there are unfortunately two issues with this. They are a bit small at 473ml, whereas the standard takeaway container is 750ml. The opening is also a bit too small, it will take more care and time for the cooks at the takeaway restaurants to fill the container.
