2) Scroll down to find the Benefits section
3) Open the Calm promotion and click on "View details" (promotion redemption to be done on Samsung Health. Payment details required)

  So the first thing to note is that you cannot use an app to aid in meditation assuming you accept the usual definition of Eastern meditation. Your phone already has the app: a timer.

  It is actually included in the Samsung Health App under Discover > Mindfulness powered by Calm. Although not clear if you still have to subscribe to Calm. I have access to it in the Health app but no mention of it in the Benefits app of my Note 8. I haven't got a Calm subscription but some of them seem to work in the Health app for me, or at least those elements I have tried, I can see there are premium features as well so I guess they are giving away some elements in the Health app for you to try.

  Okay. I install the Samsung Members app. I agree to its T&Cs. Link says I am not eligible for offer. Go back and try again. Link takes me to the Store to install the Samsung Health app. I agree to its T&Cs. Get lost trying to find offer. Back to link in Members app which now takes me to offer in Health app. It wants me to create a Calm account. It is at this point that I realise I really don't care enough, uninstall both apps and start watching 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown.
