  • Not best bulk buy price and bulky design compared to small size of other sockets available.

You lost me at "not the cheapest"

    • Is he saying that it's not the best bulk price and it's also not the best bulky design? Also, aren't all powerpoint sockets the same size? I'm confused.

Try plugging it into a double wall socket and then try to put in another largish plug into the other socket.

Yeah, I have this unit on a powerboard and can only fit very small plugs next to it, and even then, it's a tight squeeze getting them in and out. Flawed design.

  • Any such plugs that work on wireless AC / 5Ghz?

Plus shipping costs ($11.99) makes this come in at $70.99 for me, so at $35.50 per unit, it only ends up being a few dollars less than JB Hifi who currently have them for $39

  • If you like these, look at the Kogan own-brand version. 4 pack for $79. I have a few and they work well, both as switches and power monitors. (When I figure out how to get them to default to "on" after a power cut, I'll be even happier with them! A Google routine does it, but I need to notice first!)

  • Bought one of these today for $20 a bunnings.

    • Looks bulky compared to TPLINK, which is crucial if you need the plug on a power board.
