  • Baby love are rated around 13th best..

    Aldi scored much much higher.

What let's baby love down is the rewet score.

Five minutes after the last gush from the absorption test, six pre-weighed dry filter papers are placed on the wet nappy and held down for 30 seconds. The filter paper is then removed and weighed. Ideally, the filter paper should remain relatively dry.

Babylove scored very low 69% meaning your baby will remain wet untill changed.

Aldi and even Huggies ultimates scored much higher 93%+

However, babyloves size 2 scored even worse!! They put a lot of money into the newborn nappies to instill trust and brand integrity but as soon as you change size most drop in scores significantly. The only ones which remained consistent are aldi but these nappies aren't suitable for night time.

Rascal + friends are good along with Pampers Baby dry.

Congrats on your new baby! It's so rewarding. Ours was born on 2/3/19 and so much to learn!

    • "The only ones which remained consistent are aldi but these nappies aren't suitable for night time."

How so? Ours has been in Aldi nappies since born (she's 9 months now), no issues at all overnight. Actually, the only time we switched from Aldi was to Babylove as she was inbetween sizes and these fit a lot better at the time. Also didn't have an issue with them, was probably in them for 2-3 months.

      • They lack absorbency compared to Huggies ultimate and pampers
