From what I understand this is a classic miles aggregator selling you tickets based on other peoples miles. The sales is not illegal but it is against the T&C of the airlines. If they find this out they will cancel your ticket.
Do not buy from them.
It seems that there is one person named Jaycob Tendler behind several companies (Business Class Club, Business Class Global and Ultimate Business Class).
