I believe there is a Qantas one of 15% under 500,000, which then increases the more you transfer. Unsure if targeted though, because I got a letter for it.
P.s. I think Qantas is one of the worst redemptions you can make. Personally I transferred to Kris Flyer. I would choose either that, asia miles or virgin

Our next trip will be to USA, so I'm guessing Virgin would be best place to transfer? I have no idea about AMEX points

Sorry I missed what was going on with Amex. Were they cutting the value of their points or something like that? I tend to use them more for gift vouchers than flights - should I also be concerned that they'll be worth less on Monday and it would be better to cash them in for something?
