<11 Inch Windows Tablets for Photo Editing on the Go - Suggestions?

Hi,

Looking for a Windows 10 tablet that is capable of running Photoshop pretty smoothly, especially largish RAW files. I know it's not an ideal situation, but for when I'm travelling I think it'll be handy. Will also be using it for general redditing and media watching.
Ideally it will have the following:

  • 3 USB ports (type C is great and thunderbolt would be awesome)
  • Fast charging ability
  • Nice screen
  • No bigger than 11 inches
  • Detachable keyboard
  • >4gb RAM
  • >256gb storage
  • Decent enough processor to work multiple tabs in Chrome and handle Photoshop
  • An SD card slot would be nice, and a microSD if no standard SD.
  • Decent battery life

Open to any suggestions. If all goes well it could replace my current laptop.

Thanks,

I was wanting to get the same as i travel a bit and taking a laptop is sometimes a bit of a hassle. I am now using an iPad Pro 11 with 128gb, Keyboard case, Apple Pencil, and have a SD card reader attachment. I edit my raw files in either Snapseed or Photoshop on the iPad. Battery lasts about 4-5 hours when editing and I don’t have any lag.

    • Could be the go, just trying to avoid moving to Apple!

Have you looked at the Surface Pro?

    • Yeah, I'm a little disappointed that they only have 1xUSB 3.0 though. Not sure if it's a deal breaker, but want to see if there is anything I've missed.

At the cost you'd be talking, you may as well get a macbook

Would need 8gb+ ram for raw image editing, which will easily set you over $1k, which is laptop territory

Yea, I agree with this advice too.
Even thought it may be a premium to pay up-front, it is really nice in the long term.
Although, I am still a bit worried about their keyboard failing prematurely.

    • I work FIFO so I'm on a plane a lot, and can generally use a tablet when we take off, but not a full laptop. So that was the reasoning behind the tablet. Yeah, having looked at a few higher end tablets, it does seem better economy to get a small laptop.

      • Yeah understandable

And I didn't necessarily mean get a macbook but an equivalent good laptop

Need to make sure the screen has accurate colour reproduction as well
