This seems like a great deal, particularly if you have Prime or want to buy a couple of other things for free shipping. This 3D combo pack includes the 3D blu-ray, standard 2D blu-ray and digital copy. JB Hi-Fi currently sells the same edition for $36.98, so this represents a potential $11.98 saving over that price.
The 3D version of this film is apparently excellent: https://www.cinemablend.com/news/2467417/to-3d-or-not-to-3d-…

$25 in 2019 seems too high for blu ray, given some very popular tvs are ceasing to support 3d

If they fixed the price point maybe 3d could continue to be a thing. Although I suspect it would still be too little, too late

For a new release 3D blu-Ray this is at least $10 below standard pricing.

      • I don't doubt that. But really, they killed 3d with stupid pricing

Yeah, physical media in general is suffering because of the pricing. Why pay $30 for a Blu-Ray when you can just stream a massive library for $10 a month. Obviously for audio-visual enthusiasts the quality is better but 80% of physical media sales are still DVDs, so most people don’t seem to care.

  • Saw this price at Target last week.
$20 for DVD, $25 for Bluray

    • This is the 3D blu-Ray, which is not stocked by Target. If you want the 2D blu-Ray then it is the same price on Amazon too.

  • $25 is normal, many 4k are around that. Anything under $10 for BD or $12.5 for 4k is a real deal like this

    • Please point me to a single retailer that is selling this title in 3D for less than $25. From what I can see everywhere else has it for $35 or more.

What I would really like is a 3D box set of the complete series.
