I have been with Foxtel for many years now and not sure why I endure this. For the past two days I had been searching for answers on Google, Foxtel Community and other sites but to no avail. Hopefully someone can point me to the right direction.
My issue is with the TV Guide. Given that I only subscribe to about 3-4 packages each time, I was hoping that the TV Guide would reflect my subscription. But no, I was told I can only do it via Favourite. It's a bit of a hassle and I only set-up several so far. My hope is to be able to have ALL the channels I am subscribe to and would be able to view them. Currently I sometimes set Reminders only to find out in the end that I cant watch it!
Setting-up favourite is ok provided I can get a full list with the numeric numbers of the channels. But I cant find them easily. All I find are names. It would be most beneficial if there is an Excel List somewhere. For example, under Drama Package, these are the channels: 123, 335 etc etc. Am I dreaming?
