    Nah, I think you're right, I don't believe they've been made in Tassie for a few years now. Happy to be proved wrong though.

  That's an incredible price.I recently paid $75 at Mitre 10 for mine,but you need to advertise the Model.Are they "Original" 500's? Mine say "Made in India" and most aren't made here any more.

  How do these compare to RM Williams boots for office duties?

  I have a pair of RMWs and find the inner sole is quite flat and hard.
  Looking to replace them with something that won't kill my shins on short walks during the day.
