Any Good Thunderbolt 3 Light Weight Laptop for Programming Recommendations?

Any good recommendation about light weight with Thunderbolt 3 laptop for work/programming.

Prefer to have 16g memory and I7 Gen 8 CPU. Less than $2000 if possible.

  Dell XPS 13 or 15 are great, covers pretty much what you want.
