is basically just bulk purchased lead glass pieces. Not really anything special.
Our products are all legitimate as we are Brand Partners with Swarovski.
@Lulu22: Highly doubt you're brand partners with Swarovski itself. No chance.
I can believe you buy bulk loose glass beads from their subsidiary company to insert into custom jewellery. Not really a big deal since Swarovski lead =glass is even cheaper than cubic zirconia and it's a fairly common thing. You can even buy kits of their glass crystals.
Do you actually design and manufacture them yourselves or are you middle-man reseller of bulk purchased ready-made jewellery?
Lots of complaints on previous posts about items not arriving, do you drop ship or hold your own stock?

You are 100% correct as many brands do operate as you say above, but we are not one of them.If we did buy it from a subsidiary we would not have the unique 16 digit code that comes on all items and that can be verified on the Swarovski® website. I can happily go into more detail about this if you wish.
In the past, we used to ship with no track and trace to save our customers shipping, and if the item did not arrive - we would reship no questions asked. Aus Post has changed a few things so we are unable to do this anymore - this is why shipping is now charged and all customers get a tracking code.
@Lulu22: That sounds great and makes sense. Thanks for clarifying. You should really make it clear that your items come with the Swarovski official seal of authenticity that can be checked online. That is a key selling point. Thanks.

Is it a flash sale or a mother's day sale? Why does a mother's day sale finish on 24 April? Make up your mind. And stop spamming the tags. The deal submission form told you not to use more than 5.

I ordered last time. But product never arrived. Tried contacting support and they never revert too. Wasn't expensive item so ain't bothered. But would suggest be careful.
