          @Edsanwong: Yeah mine was in its 7th year and it fell apart got a store credit of $1400 (battled them for a month through fair trading and accc) that I gave to my parents for $1200 cash. I looked at Amart for about an hour and Sat on most of their couches and found them super uncomfortable went to focus and couldn't believe how reasonably priced and comfy most of them are

  Definitely happy with focus on furniture - after weekends of looking at all the others we picked up a dining set and bedside tables that were better quality and lower price than pretty much everything we had seen!

  Just a tip though - they seemed more than happy to knock money off already discounted sales prices (with little and no prompting), so it could be worth making a trip in store and asking what they can do in person before settling for 10%. May have helped we visited on the last day of the month though…
