  • Just called up an Officeworks will Price Beat this if you need the phone now. I think it's pretty low in stock in a lot of metro areas though.

    • And you don’t have to wait for your cash back to be processed (a few weeks) as well!!

  • Anyway to get Officeworks discounted gift cards ? Best is 5% off I guess ?

  • Does anyone know how the warranty works? If I have an issue with the phone who do I deal with or send it to?

I couldn't find info for it anywhere.

Is it a Samsung phone and Aus stock and in the first 2 years? Then the Manufacturer warranty comes into play and you can visit any Samsung store or call their support to have a technician assess and confirm.

If you're in a capital city you can take it to a Samsung store (if there is one, I know there is one in Melbourne Central).

    • I had my Note 9 screen broken a few days ago. Only realised after paying at Samsung Store for the repair, that I had paid for the phone using Amex card, which covers up to $500 for screen damage. If you are in the same boat, worth checking. I still have to submit the claim though.

Just got the S10e price beat at Office works for $806.55 Thanks OP great deal!

    • Which store was this?

    • I went to Office Works at Westfield Garden City, Brisbane this morning and their staff said that they don't do any price beat with item selling on Amazon or Ebay. Ridiculous!

      • May be try another store? It sometimes comes down to store manager. I was able to get it for $806.55 as well. Store manager just wanted to make sure it’s local AU stock.

        • What did you do? just show them the amazon ad? Any chance you can post your receipt??

          Might drive around tomorrow

        • Yeah, can you share your receipt?

      • thats bullshit and against their T&C on their PBG page

        https://www.officeworks.com.au/information/policies/price-be…

        "What about online stores?
Our Price Beat Guarantee includes products you find online - as long as the item is identical and in stock. When assessing the PBG from online stores we also take into account the added cost of delivery to your location (if any). If the identical, in stock product can be purchased and delivered to your location via an online store for a total price lower than the one we are offering, we will beat that total price by 5%.

For further information please visit your local Officeworks store and they will be able to assist you with your query."

  • Would anyone know, if I purchase two in two different transactions, will I get $50 back for each?

  • The S9 showing up as $943 for anyone else now?

  • S9 black is now $943 ,lilac is still $699.

  • cashback over :(

  • just pulled the trigger and ordered it

    S10e Prism Green $849
Spigen Neo Hybrid Artic silver $19.27

I've read that the s10e comes with a pre-installed screen protector, right???

  • Grabbed a Prism Green just in time before the sale on Amazon ended. Price matched at Officeworks Liverpool and got the phone for $806! Thanks OP! Btw, does anyone know how much I could sell my iPhone 7 256GB for? Looked online and the average seems to be $400-$450 but that seems too good to be true.
