  I bought one of these from the most recent $10 off deal and after having used it a few times, I can honestly say it feels great (maybe not as great as the woman in the picture feels though, lol) and it feels like a quality product, not a cheap and nasty piece of crap. It really feels like someone is rubbing their fingers into your neck.

      I don't think it is heated. The description says "3. For safety concern, the heating temperature is not high to feel, you may not feel it while using the heating function. Please consider carefully before purchasing.".

      Some reviews also say
      " it's just Infrared Light not Infrared heat Light. You can't feel any warm temperature.
      US site doesn't use "heat" in the description just Infrared Light.
      This is good product if you don't need heat function."

    Same here bought with the recent $10 off deal. This really feels good and provides a pretty good massage. The heat setting is non existant tho much better to put on a heat pack before or after the massage depending on your individual like. But can't complain at all.

  Thanks Op. Ordered one. Was at Easter show today and saw something similar by a different brand, but the $269 price tag was too steep with the added heat feature. Now I can use the $200 saved to buy a good heater lol.
