Long time lurker, first time poster…
Just started putting some of the stuff I buy through Shopback, my wife said she read a lot of negative reviews on it though.
Are there any better portals to use? What have you guys found to be the best one to actually get the money back in your hands?
Have you found it more valuable than Velocity or Qantas points?

I use cashrewards too - have no trouble getting paid :)
I tried switching my Two Factor App on Android and to do so I had to disable/re-enable Two Factor Authentication with Cash Rewards. They wanted me to send them pictures of my passport and/or licence as well as a bank statement to disable two factor authentication, rather than allowing me to enter the current OTP and disabling it from the portal like I could with every other service I use.
Thought that was a bit odd to be honest. I'm not sending some random company all that information just to turn off two factor. Apparently allowing me to deactivate two factor would be a risk to their other 50,000 members which is just absurd
While you may not be comfortable providing your ID as previously requested, Cashrewards is far more cautious about de-activating a security measure as we need to ensure the security of over 500,000 member accounts and their funds worth millions of dollars.
So now I try and use shopback instead where I can. That said Cash Rewards always paid on time
Never had any problems with shopback or cashrewards. Best one is the one that gives me the most cashback :^)
Both work fine, but I do find that Cashrewards tracks more reliably and quickly. Shopback usually has better promotions though, like Aliexpress Cashback. In short, I'll sell my soul to the highest bidder :)
Had cashrewards for a few years, claimed my first payment on the weekend, no problems.

don't spread generic crap to damage business' reputation through generic comments or ignorance.
Would it be less damaging if I got more specific?

Tried Cashrewards a couple of times but never got cashback. Switched to Shopback and haven't had any problems yet
