If its a faulty product we will cover the cost of exchanges, but if it is a change of mind or doesn't fit then it's up to the customer to cover the cost. We do have a warehouse in Sydney to reduce the cost for you guys as much as possible!

Unfortunately the warehouse is a returns only warehouse so they do not actually have stock for you to swap it for. They are a ship forwarding address that sends it on to our Distribution Centre in NZ..

Sweats wise - I'm a 104cm chest and 6'1 tall and I fit large quite comfortably.
if it's of any help, i returned to hallensteins previously - just paid for the shipping at the post office, and the items were successfully returned and refunded. Pretty straightforward.
Can anyone comment on the quality of the trackies? Looking at getting a few for winter
The only thing I can say is that I have a pair from three years ago. Admittedly I only wear them in the winter for the gym so not all the time, but the colour (grey) has held up pretty well. Not doing anything crazy in them though so haven't put them to the test as much as some of you might but for the time I've had them.. they've held up pretty okay. - as I said though it's only my experience so hopefully some shoppers will have insights for you as well!
