Hi,
I got these gifts from OPPO at the Flinders station this morning. A shopping bag and a mouse mat. They are opening their first service Centre in VIC so they have this promo to celebrate. Also a competition is running if you like to take and share a photo with their mascot.
Also they said for a limited time you can get screen protector and case for free when you bring your oppo phone to their VIC service Centre.

    Because they don't want our business! I've moved over to Samsung and haven't looked back, although having a Dash powerbank and car charger is kind of annoying now. Very closed ecosystem.

  So they will fix broken screens of popular phones in Australia? If so, how much would they charge? Competitive with the market or a 'premium' price due to their official status?

  Oppo actually have good customer service compared to Samsung and LG.
  Email them or chat online and they get back to you quickly with step by step instructions on how to solve issues.
  Phones comes with screen protector and silicone case.
  Have your name laser engraved into the back of your phone for free also.

  I bought mine after spending 8 months trying to get Samsung to fix my phone, fair trading had to step in to get me a refund in the end.

  Have had 3 security updates since November also.
