Jaybird - Great Customer Service!

So I bought my Jaybird X3’s early last year, which are by far my favourite to date. They went faulty & JB provided a replacement in September,

The gold had recently started to peel off the sides of them but still work great. So I contacted Jaybird direct & they swiftly responded by giving me the X4 for free.

Cracking customer service, which you don’t get to say very often!

    I have got a pair of X3's that I had bought from JB HiFi back in April 2018 (with extended warranty). I am finding the battery life on these suck. Maybe, I should reach out to Jaybird rather than JB?

    • JB HiFi is not ready to fix the battery life or replace them with a new one?

    • Yep. So I now have two great sets of earphones. I would have actually preferred the X3s because little difference between the two & I prefer my white/gold colouring.

      Definitely reach out to them. First class service. Good way to make a loyal customer. Maybe just pick the gold off your buds too ;)
