OLA pretty much target all their promos AFAIK, been around a while in Perth here and sometimes my mates and I get sent the same promos, sometimes slightly different ones.
They seem to have some kind of system to entice you back if you aren't riding with them as much, as well as giving slightly less discount over time if you are riding with them.
Targeted, doesnt work for my account.
Can't find anything about T&C. Strange enough though.
Profile shows you are in NSW. Offer was for Melb, & now also Brisbane.
I got exact same offer for NSW. Got stung pretty hard on my last ride so I'm avoiding Ola for the time being.
