Connecting Yamaha YAS-108 Soundbar with a Logitech Z623 Subwoofer

Hi,

I've recently purchased a Yamaha YAS-108 soundbar for my Hisense 65N7 (connect through HDMI ARC).

Yamaha YAS-108 supported bass out through RAC. I've a spare Logitech z623 subwoofer. I was thinking about adding the subwoofer to the soundbar. But I'm not sure whether this will work? And what cable do I need to connect the two? Which port do I use on the subwoofer?

Thanks in advance.
P.s. I'm really a noob when it comes to audio stuff.

You'll need an RCA cable from the Yamaha's Subwoofer Out to the Logitech's White AUX In.

Whether or not this will work (and to your liking) all depends on the level the Yamaha outputs and how the Logitech filters and amplifies input.

Start by playing something with a lot of bass on the Yamaha before turning on the Logitech. Make sure you have both the volume and bass on the Logitech at minimum before turning it on. Then turn up the volume or bass slowly.

Hopefully you'll find a satisfactory volume and bass level.
